Values

"Desire to Win“ – the credo of pinta elements. We want to be the best, and that in everything that we do. Only with this unconditional will to succeed could we win the Volvo Ocean Race 2002, the hardest round-the-world sailing regatta. The "desire to win" is no end in itself, the satisfaction of our customers always has uppermost priority in the process.

Values which possess equal validity in each of the fields of our activity serve us as a model: on the sailing boat the same as in our development centres or the management level of pinta elements. Because we are of the opinion that the management of a company and the steering of an ocean yacht have a lot in common. We stand for these values and live them daily. We wish to achieve our target thus: as a company that fascinates our customers, colleagues and fellow competitors – every day anew.

teamwork
What goes for sailing also goes for business: only with the very best employees can a company succeed in the competitive climate of the business world.
