Since 31 May 2007, illbruck elements GmbH has changed its name to pinta elements gmbh. Therefore the symbol and venerable guiding theme of the illbruck corporate culture will become the umbrella brand of the company holding. The new component “pinta” element in the name and additional company color of blue will also be adopted by the worldwide subsidiaries of the pinta elements holding company.
The reorganization of the former illbruck GmbH which began in 2004 with the foundation of the illbruck elements holding company has thus been completed. “In order to continue our success in expansion, we want to be able to grow without competing in name with other parts of the former illbruck GmbH, and to emphasize our heightened quality requirements”, says Michael illbruck, Managing Director and owner of the holding company, in explaining the renaming.
The holding company founded in 2004 under the name of illbruck elements GmbH and renamed in 2007 to pinta elements gmbh, consists of seven companies: pinta acoustic, pinta enac, pinta filtration, pinta foamtec, pinta insulation, pinta nieuwburg and pinta racing. Parallel to the renaming, the holding company has further developed its position as a leading European provider of high quality solutions in the area of technical noise protection, soundproofing and insulation, and in April it acquired the French company ENAC, a well-known provider of noise protection products headquartered in Aubergenville near Paris.
In addition, the pinta racing brand bundles the company’s numerous activities related to professional high-performance sailing. Back in 1969, Willi illbruck laid the foundation stone for the company’s involvement in sailing with his first pinta yacht, which has characterized our values ever since.
