The Management Days 2009: A Team with Energy and Imagination

Growth is the goal the entire pinta Group has declared for 2010. So significant growth started with this year's planning stage in September, 2009, in Lech am Arlberg.
The days with the management team were all about the very values that are essential to reaching challenging goals together. Mutual trust, lively exchanges, and team spirit were some of the issues alongside healthy eating, brisk exercise, and dealing with stress. Personal trainer Stefan Schubart started motivating the team in the morning at seven o'clock with some early morning exercise and continued with day-time physical limit experiences and challenges where the goal was to succeed through attentive cooperation.
The five days were a challenge, a great experience in a wonderful environment, and surely an activity from which each team member was able take away valuable experiences and good contacts for their personal growth as well as for challenges in the workplace.
