Looked for and found: pinta enlarges and contributes to the success of the pinta Nieuwburg BV location with the acquisition of UNISOL

pinta elements does not grow just to grow – rather, every increase in size or every new location is intended to improve our work, optimize our processes, shorten our paths.

Against this background, we are very pleased to report the acquisition of the Dutch insulation company UNISOL BV. Together, we have started out on a course of expansion with complete confidence.

Both companies complement each other with their knowledge, their aims and their many years of experience – a basis that bodes well for the future as the consolidated pinta Nieuwburg BV.
For the employees at the Krimpen location, not much will change: Administration, planning and management will be completely integrated into pinta Nieuwburg BV. All important points of contact – both internal and external – are located on site.

From this location, we supply in particular customers and buyers from the ship building industry. With the most advanced noise control and insulation solutions for everything from private yachts to cargo ships. As we said: Size is secondary. More important is the maximum level of quality, convenience and safety.
