The willingness to make decisions
No one is measured as to how many ideas he has come up with, but rather, how many of these ideas have been implemented. Ideas only become reality as a result of decisions – whether on a racing boar or in a company.
Making decisions is never a simple task. Some have to be made within a split second; others require careful deliberation and analysis. Not every decision is the right one, but one has to learn from mistakes in order to move ahead.
Many people are integrated in the decision-making process. Everyone has to bear the consequences in the end. After all, every individual should carry the responsibility for decisions they make, whether they are crew members, members of management, employees, customers … This is the only way ideas can lead to success.
